1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the TechExec Consulting Services website, purchasing products, or subscribing to services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our applicable Privacy Policy (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the services.

Services Provided TechExec Consulting Services provides cybersecurity awareness training, artificial intelligence (AI) education, consulting, advisory services, and related digital content including, but not limited to, videos, quizzes, downloadable materials, bundled programs, and subscription-based access (collectively, "Services" or "Content"). All Content is provided for educational, informational, personal, or internal business use only and may not be used for commercial resale.

3. Use of Website and Services You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable Local, State, National, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks associated with the services
• Disrupt or interfere with Website functionality or server integrity
• Resell, redistribute, reproduce, copy, record, screenshot, or exploit Content without prior written authorization
• Share login credentials or provide access to unauthorized users

The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for any violations of this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property All Website materials and Content—including videos, quizzes, text, graphics, branding, downloads, and AI-related materials—are the exclusive property of TechExec Consulting Services and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for permitted use only. Unauthorized use constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.

5. Consulting & Advisory Services Disclaimer Consulting and advisory services are strategic and informational in nature. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or compliance advice. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, or total protection from cybersecurity incidents, AI misuse, or related risks. Clients remain solely responsible for implementation decisions.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during account creation or checkout
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Use Services in strict compliance with this Agreement
• Immediately report unauthorized use or suspected security breaches to our support team

7. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions Payment is required at checkout to access Content. All payments must be accurate and authorized and are processed through secure third-party providers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate unless canceled in accordance with stated cancellation terms. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspended access. Pricing is subject to change; however, purchases are honored at the price in effect at the time of payment.

8. Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital products and training materials, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or granted on a case-by-case basis at the Company's discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties The Website, Services, and Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, availability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechExec Consulting Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Third-Party Services The Company may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, analytics, or related services. The Company is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third-party providers.

12. Modifications to Terms The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the website. Continued use of the Website or Services constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable State or Jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles.
